Terms of Service
TOS must be read and accepted before commissioning.These terms are subject to change at any point in time.
Accepted currency is currently USD ($) only.
• Payment must be up front. Work will not start until the commission is paid off.• Commissions with rush fees paid will take
priority on a first come first served basis.
I reserve the right to decline a commission/raffle prize if:
• The character(s) is a minor or strongly resembles a minor. (NSFW)
• The character(s) is an animal or strongly resembles an animal, not counting anthros/furries. This includes Pokémon or similar. (NSFW)
• The intent is to depict death or maiming sexually/for the purpose of sexual gratification. (For example, Ero Guro/Guro, snuff, cannibalism.)
• The intent is to romanticize death or maiming.
• The intent is to depict mental/eating disorders sexually/for the purpose of sexual gratification. (For example, anorexia, bigorexia, depression, DID.)
• The intent is to romanticize mental/eating disorders.
• The intent is to depict abuse/rape sexually/for the purpose of sexual gratification.
• The intent is to romanticize abuse/rape.
• Or for any other reason as I see fit.
The minimum wait time for 1 non-rushed commission is 2 weeks.
• This time frame does not apply to raffle prizes.
• This time frame may be reduced or extended for any reason.
You must provide clear references that follow these guidelines:
• AI generated images will not be accepted, no exceptions.• The reference will not be re-created 1 to 1 or traced, ever.• If the artist of a provided reference has it
publicly stated that their art is not to be used for references, it will not be accepted.
All base commissions/raffle prizes are for personal use only.
• Personal use includes but is not limited to use as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.• A commercial license must be purchased in order to make any profit from your commission or raffle prize in any way.• Any commissions or raffle prizes are not to be used in the training of AI or to be "refined" by AI in any capacity.• Any commissions or raffle prizes are not to be used in NFTs or crypto in any capacity.
Refunds are not guaranteed:
• A full refund may be issued if I cancel for any reason, or if you cancel before work has begun.• A partial refund may be issued if you
cancel and work has already begun.• I reserve the right to potentially deny a refund for any reason, including but not limited to lack of communication, cooperation, or respect, or in the case of a TOS violation.
WIPs will be sent over only after each stage is finished.
• Stages include but are not limited to sketch, lineart, flat colors, and rendering.
Major changes or tweaks must be requested on a per stage basis.
• For example, any changes to lineart must be done while working on lineart, they can not be done while working on colors or beyond.
Up to 5 major changes or tweaks may be made, beyond which a $10 fee will be charged per change.
• The 5 major changes or tweaks apply to the piece as a whole, not the individual stages.• Major changes or tweaks include but are not limited to changing the posing, moving limbs, changing clothing, changing hair, and changing background.
