Terms of Service
TOS must be read and accepted before commissioning.These terms are subject to change at any point in time.
Accepted currency is USD ($) only.
• Payment must be up front. Work will not start until the commission is paid off.
• Commissions with rush fees paid will take
priority on a first come first served basis.
I reserve the right to decline a commission if:
• The character/design is too complicated,
doesn't fit my art style, or for any other reason.
The minimum wait time for 1 non-rushed commission is 2 weeks.
You must provide clear references that follow these guidelines:
• AI generated images will not be accepted, no exceptions.
• The reference will not be re-created 1 to 1 or traced, ever.
• If the artist of a provided reference has it
publicly stated that their art is not to be used for references, it will not be accepted.
All commissions are for personal use only.
• Personal use includes but is not limited to use as profile pictures, banners, and wallpapers.
• A commercial license must be purchased in order to make any profit from your commission.
Refunds are not guaranteed:
• A full refund may be issued if I cancel for any reason, or if you cancel before work has begun.
• A partial refund may be issued if you
cancel and work has already begun.
• I reserve the right to potentially deny a refund for any reason, including but not limited to lack of communication, cooperation, or respect.
WIPs will be sent over only after each stage is finished.
• Stages include but are not limited to sketch, lineart, flat colors, and rendering.
Major changes or tweaks must be requested on a per stage basis.
• For example, any changes to lineart must be done while working on lineart, they can not be done while working on colors or beyond.
Up to 5 major changes or tweaks may be made, beyond which a $10 fee will be charged per change.
• The 5 major changes or tweaks apply to the piece as a whole, not the individual stages.
• Major changes or tweaks include but are not limited to changing the posing, moving limbs, changing clothing, changing hair, and changing background.
